Automatic Updates are turned on by default when your software is installed. Unless your financial institution specifically requested that users not be given permission to automatically download updates, your users will be prompted to install software updates whenever a new update is available. If you believe this automatic feature is disabled and you would like it turned on, please call our support line for assistance at 662-245-1007.
